About Tavab

The third born in the Nasheet clan, Tavab is an experienced businessman. He brings to the table finance and business management experience in the telco industry. With a degree in accounting, business management, finance and wealth management from Swinburne he has a natural entrepreneurial spirit and a charisma that brings a natural selling style to the table. His corporate experience includes working at Vodafone and Optus before starting his own All-Phones franchise. He quickly grew this store to the top 150 nationwide and his kiosk to the top 3. At the age of 21 he started investing in property and soon realised his talents lay in mortgage brokering, transitioning into the loan market before moving full time into ZED Real Estate with his brothers. Widely travelled and with an engaging and charismatic disposition, Tavab is comfortable in every situation, with every personality and in any negotiation. Tavab is a family man and traditionalist at heart. With a kind, easy going and fun-loving personality he makes every interaction with his clients a good one. Confident and comminicative

The reason we went with Tavab was because he had a confidence in our property and in our asking price. Even though we didnt quite meet our expectation, we were still very satisfied with his efforts and the result. Would recommend him very highly.

WARNING ! SELLERS BEWARE

Appointing Zed Real Estate was one of the most stressful and regrettable decisions I have made! My property sold below Zed's quoted range under an Authority that had expired. Despite agreeing to a 1.1% commission (after the Initial Agreement expired) Zed retained disputed commission and advertising fees after agreeing to hold them in Trust . They also delayed releasing the balance of my deposit for approximately one week after settlement. Most concerningly, I was asked to make a cash payment to a "Buyer's Advocate", something I was deeply uncomfortable with. My advice to sellers is to check every document, get every promise in writing, get an Advertising Schedule that is in keeping with Industry standards and itemised, and exercise caution. I would never use or recommend Zed Real Estate again!

Excellent service

Hi, had a good experience with hero. His knowledge about real estate, about the area is exceptional. He understands what the buyer wants and give you realistic idea about what kind of property you can afford within price range. He is prompt in responding to queries and have excellent listening skills
