WOW, Carlton said he could sell our home and he is as good as his word. He would alternate weekdays and weekends for open home. Carlton is very honest which was refreshing after our last agent. We had between 1 -3 groups through our home on most opens. If we weren't moving to a rural town, We would definitely ask Carlton to sell any property we were selling. Carlton and LJ HOOKER couldn't do enough for us. Always kept in the loop with open homes, returned every phone call, nothing was ever a problem. Carlton is always optimistic even when we were disheartened at times.
