An Agent Who Knows The Ropes
Stephen knew exactly what to do every step of the way. His no pressure, up front honesty and knowledge made buying an investment property through Stephen, easy. He answered all my questions promptly (and there were a lot). While we were under contract, he accommodated our request to visit the property when ever we needed, and assisted us with allowing tradies access for measures and quotes. In particular, when it came to preparing our property for tenants, was where we most valued Stephen's advise. His knowledge of the industry has saved us thousands.
