I recently used Adam and his team to sell our family home. He was outstanding from the outset and throughout. A couple of things stood out for me. Firstly he gave freely of his knowledge about how to best present my house and maximise the sale price, even before i had given him the listing. He also had a network of professionals (painters, stylists, handymen) to help me get my place ready saving me a lot of hassles. The sales campaign ran smoothly from the minute i committed to Gary Peer. Everything happened in a planned, organised way. Throughout I knew exactly what was happening and what would be happening next. The communication from Adam and his team was constant and gave me peace of mind that they were on top of every detail. If i asked for some information or something to be done, it was taken care of immediately. After each "open" I received a call to let me know how it went and with all the key data. We sold the house at auction thanks to all Adam's work (and the auction mastery of Phillip Kingston) and are now moving on with the next phase of our lives Selling a home is a stressful process but Adam and his team really did everything they could to minimise our anxiety and maximise our result. I would happily recommend Adam and his team to anyone looking to sell their home/property.
