Adam is friendly and professional. We had good discussions on what we expected from him and what he was offering. He was also open to different marketing ideas which was refreshing. He kept us up to date after every inspection and didn't beat around the bush. If he thought a purchaser wasn't interested he would say so. He was always there when we needed him and helped immensely with negotiations. Having said that, our very, very tiny unit sold within 2 weeks at a very good price. Covid was always going to be a difficult time to sell a house but Adam shone through with his communication skills. It was a time to be patient but I always had the feeling that he would get the job done eventually. His passion to secure the sale was welcomed as we had to move mum into a retirement home and needed the sale to go through as quick as we could of which eventuated.
