Adriano provided a complete package. His knowledge of the market through to marketing, renovations to put the townhouse in the best light. The video was excellent. The whole presentation of the property was total satisfaction. If we are in the market again in Victoria he is the go to agent. Thank you Adriano

Engaging My Agent to sell and purchase l found them to be Very Professional Polite and Courteous. They keep us informed of process and are contactable to answer any questions or concerns we may have.

Adriano assisted to sell my house in a very professional matter, was always available to answer questions and get the best possible price for our house.

I am so glad Adriano was my agent to sell my apartment. From the start, he was very helpful to meet, and give me advice on how to stage, position and present my apartment. He did a great job on the video and gave me good contacts for cleaning, staging and marketing. From handing over the keys, he managed the whole process to sales! We got several bidders on auction day and we were more than happy with the final result, passing our reserve price! I would highly recommend Adriano to owners wanting to sell. I think he broke a record in Southbank in my building!

Adriano and his team are a fantastic and well motivated team that worked tirelessly to achieve amazing results. The communication was top tier. If we had questions regarding the sale or preparing the property, he always made time to have decent and meaningful discussions. We never felt like we were "just another vendor". We couldn't believe the result we got.

I moved interstate from QLD and anyone who has undertaken a similar move knows what a stressful time it can be. From day 1 Jenni was amazing always on call and I never had to wait, extremely helpful with any question I had no mater how silly. This was followed up by Adriano who let’s face it, is amazing. They both assisted me in navigating the idiosyncrasies between QLD and VIC real-estate making the whole process flawless. Big thanks to the Team.

Adriano and his team were very professional, timely and most importantly committed to getting me the best result possible. Selling real estate can be quite stressful but Adriano was by my side 100%. Always available when needed and everything was seamless.

Adriano and Jenny are really experts in the area and have a great understanding of the local market and the expectations of buyers. They gave us good advice on what was needed to prepare our property for the market and worked really hard when opportunities arose to secure the sale.

We chose Adriano/My Agent as they are managing our rental property and have a long-standing relationship with them. I did speak to a few other Agents before signing on to Adriano however what I found is that these other agents didn't have a clear strategy for achieving our desired result whereas Adriano did. We are absolutely happy and satisfied with the Auction outcome and as a result, we have signed up to sell our rental property through Adriano as well.

From the start to the finish the service we received from Adriano was none other than exceptional. His knowledge of what is required to market a property to get the best possible price, is none other than excellent. We took on board his suggestions to spruce up the property inside and outside. and one major plus was having done what they call "staging" where they style furniture to suit the property. We did find that this improved the look of the property and helped prospective buyers envisage how it would look with furniture rather than just empty rooms. We can't stress more the importance of having this done, we definitely had a much better outcome than had we not. On the day of the auction, it was amazing to see Adriano at work, extremely professional. Thankyou Adriano for all your exceptional work.

Thank you to Adriano for making our unit purchase a very smooth and efficient process. He was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Adriano as your agent. Really nice gentleman.

Adriano was very knowledgeable and skilful. Helped explain everything and worked extremely hard and tirelessly to obtain an incredible price for us. Very happy would recommend to anyone.
