Please take time to read this. I’ll be honest. I hate buying and selling realestate. It’s stressful. To most of us, it’s the biggest purchase we ever make. So naturally it gives you the biggest headache. Adriano’s partner, Jenni Ter Haar was recommended to us from acquaintances after Michelle saw her on the Mandalay site and wanted to support local agents. We were only supposed to have an hour scheduled meeting, but it lasted an entire Saturday afternoon. The comfort level was there from the moment we met. They cared and most importantly, Jenni and Adriano listened. This was Michelle and I's first property we’d built together. We poured our heart and soul into it. The open homes, were it and miss, especially leading up to Christmas. Upon Adriano’s advice, we decided to defer sale until the new year. It was a trusting stroke of genius. The house was sold in less than a week and our expectations were exceeded. It’s a nice feeling knowing your home sold for a record price. Jenni and Adriano coming around to our home with a bottle of champagne and smiles and hugs bought back a feeling of yesteryear. This was old school hard work by them and for that we are eternally grateful. It’s great to see a serious work ethic still exists. Honored to recommend you forever..

Adriano gave us very sound advice to maximise the return from our property sale. He made himself readily available whenever we had questions. He kept us up to date with the progress of the campaign. Many of the things that would have caused us anxiety were handled without drama. His high understanding of the market and level of experience were greatly appreciated.

This is the second time Adriano and Sam have sold a small central city apartment for me. In both cases the previous rental managers had let the places go a long time since they had been painted etc. so the apartments needed some refreshing. Sam, who works with Adriano to do all sorts of repairs or renovations before selling, did a great job both times - getting the painting, laying new floors and more done quickly, despite various difficulties that arose. Sam also took responsibility to check in with me when he thought the flooring or bench tops that we had originally discussed wouldn't look as good in place as a similar alternative - we then agreed he'd get the versions he thought would be better and, in terms of the final result, he was absolutely right. Adriano ended up selling both apartments for slightly higher prices than initially expected, and within about 3 weeks of listing, which were good results for such small places in the prevailing pandemic situation. Adriano can also arrange for conveyancing to be done. So if you want someone else to take all the stress off your hands and get a good sale, I'd recommend the dynamic duo of Adriano and Sam! The fees/sales percentages are very high compared to where I live in the countryside, but do seem to be on a par for other inner city agents, which seems fair enough... and it certainly saved me the hassles of having to do long trips back and forth to the city to organise to get renovations done myself. So it was definitely worth it for me.

Adriano was the selling agent for our investment property. From initial discussions, preparation and final sale Adriano always kept us informed as we were on the other side of the country. He provided an excellent service that resulted in us selling the property at an excellent price. Thank you for a job well done

What can we say? We are lost for words! From the first conversation we had with Adriano and Jenni we knew we chose the best of the best! We chose My Agent Realestate to sell our house mainly due to the their amazing online presence and the outstanding results Adriano and Jenni were achieving in the area. While we knew Jenni's work as she had previously been our property manager, we saw Adriano's online property tours and saw how down to earth and genuine he was. The decision was made. Prior to the house going on the market they were able to provide direction including recommendations of everything from conveyancing, staging to even general maintenance to ensure we achieved the absolute best result. Despite delays due to Covid Lockdowns, we received reassurance the marketing and planning they put in would all go as planned, albeit delayed slightly. In the end we sold before auction (which meant we missed out on the excitement of seeing Adriano in action on auction day) for a price we never expected.
