Please take time to read this. I’ll be honest. I hate buying and selling realestate. It’s stressful. To most of us, it’s the biggest purchase we ever make. So naturally it gives you the biggest headache. Adriano’s partner, Jenni Ter Haar was recommended to us from acquaintances after Michelle saw her on the Mandalay site and wanted to support local agents. We were only supposed to have an hour scheduled meeting, but it lasted an entire Saturday afternoon. The comfort level was there from the moment we met. They cared and most importantly, Jenni and Adriano listened. This was Michelle and I's first property we’d built together. We poured our heart and soul into it. We had a vision and we exceeded our expectations. It was a simple home with an exceptional garden and magnificent views. It had Adriano in a spin. I remember him saying, “this is like nothing I’ve sold before. It’s got me stumped.” But we trusted them both, and with that in mind, they went to work and work they did. The open homes, were it and miss, especially leading up to Christmas. Upon Adriano’s advice, we decided to defer sale until the new year. It was a trusting stroke of genius. The house was sold in less than a week and our expectations were exceeded. It’s a nice feeling knowing your home sold for a record price. Jenni and Adriano coming around to our home with a bottle of champagne and smiles and hugs bought back a feeling of yesteryear. This was old school hard work by them and for that we are eternally grateful. It’s great to see a serious work ethic still exists. Honored to recommend you forever..
