Adriano made the whole buying process smooth. We had a glitch with our bank and started to get worried, however Adriano knew what to do and made us feel at ease. He obviously has done it all before and made it a pleasure to deal with.
We recently purchased an apartment through Adriano at My Agent Real Estate. The property had previously been managed through them for rentals. We arranged for our son, his gf and her mum to view the property as we were in lockdown. Adriano was rude and abrupt with all three during the inspection and presented in jeans. Originally scheduled for auction we were advised at 2.30 one afternoon that the property had an offer that would be accepted at 6pm if we did not make a counter offer. As we were still trying ascertain a few items (including cladding) we tried to contact Adriano to discuss to be told he was on hold on another call - for two hours. When we did place an offer at 5pm he commented we had left it to the last minute. We were not told we were successful until after 10pm as the owners were interstate on holidays (they also live interstate). We arranged final inspection the apartment was still full of display furniture and Adriano attended with a child. Limited time was made available to attend as it was too far from his office and he wasn’t in the area. Upon settlement we received keys and fob. No keys provided to back door and incorrect key to locked gate. Fob was registered to another apartment. We have brought several houses and this was by far our worst experience dealing with a real estate agent. The apartment was left dirty and we spent two days making repairs and cleaning a poorly maintained apartment. We do not recommend My Agent Real Estate.
