Adriano helped us purchase mine and my husbands first home , the process went smoothly , We highly recommend if you are looking to buy or sell contact Adriano . Thankyou Adriano

We contacted Adriano about selling our unit prior to Covid-19 setting in. He kept us informed during the ensuing months while the tenants were assisted to settle elsewhere and then picked the ideal weekend to go to auction. Even with the uncertainty around the property market during the Covid-19 pandemic the result was within original price range which was an excellent result. His knowledge of the market, the marketing strategy were spot on and we are very happy that Adriano was our agent.

We found him extremely helpful, knowledgeable and genuine in our dealings with him. He exceeded our expectations with the sale, via Auction of our townhouse. I would highly recommend him in the sale of a property.

Adriano has been such a pleasure to work with, especially in these tough, stressful times. From the first meeting, he was honest, straightforward, and a strong advocate for us as sellers. He formulated a plan, it cost us money to have it upto his plan, but we are so glad we did! He went above and beyond our expectations. We really could not recommend Adriano enough!

Adriano was very helpful and efficient in assisting us purchase our property and advertising it for rent. He goes out of his way to provide the best service possible. Was very satisfied with the overall experience.

Having never sold a property before and doing this from a different state certainly made me nervous. Adriano was upfront the whole process and with great ideas. Add into the mix Covid-19 hitting pretty much simultaneously with the decision to sell, tensions were high and hopes unknown. He continued throughout the process with clear communications and as things finalised bought it home and across the line with a great result. Thanks Adriano.

Very pleased with our experience. Adriano was very approachable and knowledgeable. Every question was answered promptly and we felt that we were informed. Thank you.

Adriano was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and also on the day of the auction. He was communicative and most importantly fair. As a first home buyer and an auction newbie, I felt extremely comfortable and most importantly super happy with the end result.

Adriano worked very under difficult conditions due to the Corona virus restrictions. He made sure all requirements were followed and we followed his excellent advice on how to prepare our house for sale. We hired Adriano because he had sold a house for a good friend of mine and also sold my wife's sister's unit in Coburg. On both occasions he gained them a price well over reserve. True to form, he procured a very good price for our property at auction. We found Adriano to be friendly and professional and he looked after us ( the sellers ) making sure we received the best possible result. Anyone planning to sell their property would do well to engage Adriano to sell their home. Ester and I highly recommend him.

Adriano recently sold me my first home via auction. From the first inspection I attended, Adriano was open and honest about the process and communicated well, keeping me informed and up to date. He was the most down to earth agent I came across in my home search!

Adriano was very easy to work with, and answered all of my questions promptly, inspecting the place was done in a professional manner (with all the rules and guidelines being adhered to RE:Covid-19) thanks again, Adriano!

This was my first experience in selling a property and Adriano guided me through each stage very professionally. He drew on his extensive knowledge of the property market and the advertising campaign went very smoothly, generating a lot of interest. Adriano was unfailingly polite, hardworking and frequently updated me on progress. He achieved an excellent result at auction. I am very happy to warmly recommend him.
