Introduced to Adriano by my property manager Leah at MyAgent real estate was the best thing that has happened in 2020 so far. Our investment property was in Melbourne while we lived in WA, so we relied heavily on advice from Leah and then this fella comes on the scene when we decided we wanted to sell. To Sanyo was blown away by his enthusiasm is an understatement. He checked the property over said it needed some work to it (I was sceptical of that for a start), but then he took the time to explain why and what an uplift would do in regards to the selling price! Do I trust him or not? I decided to go with him and heed his advice. Adriano and Leah amicably dealt with my former Tennant's, Adriano then arranged all the tradies, furnishing, Auction set up and all the paraphernalia that goes with it, including a video of the place and I was kept informed all the time, which gave me piece of mind and made it less stressful. Until he told me he had sold it....... Way above our asking price which blew my mind away as the buyer was happy as well. From the first experience of coming across Adriano Persichetti and My Agent Real Estate, their presentation and professionalism was well above others in the same field. Well above. Looking for that right first home, I had looked at countless properties for sale, and one home caught my eye more than any other. Combine this with the professional video and home tour from Adriano, this property was a must see. From the video and from meeting Adriano in person at the inspection, it was evident that Adriano was well experienced as a real estate agent, and his professionalism met the standards I would expect from a top end property rather than for a standard home in the suburbs. Alas, I was well outbid for this property, but another, and in my opinion possibly better, property was also going up for sale, and Adriano advised me within days of the previous action. From there, we conversed back and forth. I inspected this additional property, and the next day I was quite happy to advise what I would purchase the home for. Through quick email responses, it wasn't long before Adriano and I were discussing contracts and the full process of what was to follow. Anything I needed to know, Adriano was there to assist. Being the purchase of my first home, reality set in very quick, so I did feel confronted at first, but Adriano was very supportive and understanding of the time that I needed to make the final decision when I was offered the home. He could have easily passed the offer onto another, but he did consider my needs as well as the needs of the seller. tl;dr Adriano was fantastic to work with from the get go. I have nothing negative to say.
