Adriano Persichetti is simply at the top of the real estate game with his professional approach, property market knowledge and the personal touch needed to give you the confidence you are with someone who is working for you. My property recently set a new record sale price, which was all thanks to Adriano's insight into the current market needs. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property in the Melbourne and surrounding areas.

His constant communication and knowledge of the area was essential to getting the great results we got.

Adriano did an amazing job pulling everything together on this unit... As we live in another state everything seemed so hard, but through Adriano’ careful and patient explanation of how to maximise our auction day results, we really was in very capable hands. Thank you

I was impressed with Andriano hard work and professionalism in getting my property at great price! 👍👍👍

Adriano took care of everything from start to finish. Being from interstate made no difference , the whole process was smooth and very professional. Adriano managed the sale off the back of an earlier sale in the complex and so our costs were minimal. He had all the right contacts including the conveyancer, and the buyers. We were very pleased with the results , especially the final price, and couldn`t recommend Adriano highly enough.

Adriano is an experienced and knowledgeable campaigner. He made goods suggestions to enhance the selling capabilities of the property and managed the complete process from advertising through to the auction. I regard him as an excellent sales person. If you want to do the minimum with maximum return I would recommend utilising Adriano to sell your property.

Very professional and helpful.

Adriano and his team worked professionally to achieve a fair price for my property, admittedly not as high as the property appraisal I was provided 18 months ago by another agent (seems they were over optimistic), but not bad for the current market. I went with all the recommendations Adriano proposed for the sale, as a result the sale went well over a reasonably short time period. I would recommend Adriano.

His valuable experience in marketing/customer communication was always to its best. Not to mention, his excellent skills in management make things easy. He is still & always keen to find the best deal & translated it into positive facts.

Being from regional Victoria this is the second time I have used Adriano's services in the metro area, this time with the addition of his auctioneering skills which are outstanding and he was well-supported on auction day my many of his office colleagues. My brother and I as Executors of our Aunty's estate are very confident that the result achieved by Adriano was the best possible for her family. I would thoroughly recommend Adriano to prospective vendors as he knows who he works for - and knows how to get the best possible result.

My first time to purchase a property and Adriano has been very supportive and helpful during the time.

From the first time we contacted Adriano we were amazed at how easy he made it for us. He organized everything so quickly and so effortlessly. It was a pleasure to deal with Adriano and we were kept up to date with every step of what was happening. Approximately 6 weeks start to finish, what great experience.
