Cara n Sam were very helpful when we viewed the house we recently purchased. They answered all the questions we had but were not pushy at all. We knew Cara was working for the seller however we still feel like Cara negotiated a deal that made both parties happy. Cara has been very helpful when we were arranging a second viewing n the building n pest inspections n with following up on any questions we have had. She also worked outside of normal working hours to bring the contract to us for signing at home which was very convenient for us. We ended up buying n selling through Cara as we couldn't be more impressed with her as an agent!
