Cara gave us a very accurate figure of how much our home was worth, and then with the very able assistance of her team member kirrilee, achieved this figure. We found Cara to be direct, switched on and kept us informed about all aspects of the sale. We have no hesitation recommending Cara and her team to anyone who is contemplating selling their home. Cara perservered through sone difficult circumstances to ensure the sake of our house was finalised often going out her way to organise the small things to make life and the sale that little bit easier.

The whole process was made really easy. Whatever question or request we had was promptly answered or taken care of. We felt well looked after the whole time, from first contact to even after the keys were handed over to us. I highly recommend Cara and Kirrilee and would work with them again any time! A big thank you to both of you!

Moving interstate is not easy given changes in local laws and provisions. I must say that Cara and her team made it as painless as possible. Service was excellent and follow-up, after the sale was confirmed, has been above and beyond. Very professional and knowledgeable. She helped us navigate the Qld system and provide a decent outcome for both seller and purchaser.

Great personal service and amazing communication. Available anytime, any day, from anywhere no matter what time zone you are in. Cara knows the local market inside out and leaves no stones unturned. The best!

Cara was very polite and extremely professional. I would recommend her.

If working with a lovely caring person is important to you then Cara is the agent for you. She worked tirelessly over a 6 month period to secure a sale for my house. Cara or one of her team turned up for the open homes each Saturday to show the property each and every week without giving up. My house was a unique property and required a special person to come along to buy it. Cara waited patiently for the right person to buy it and secured a sale for us when that person did come. Cara was caring and kind throughout the process and even before we listed our property for sale we could rely on Cara to provide lots of advice for us regarding other properties we were looking to buy.
