I first met Cara at an open house in my street which was extremely busy but I noticed she still managed to engage with everyone and her professionalism coupled with her dynamic personality was a breath of fresh air to me. My house had previously been on the market with another agent for some time without result and I was taking a break, feeling disallusioned by the whole experience. Cara sold the aforementioned house at its first open so I contacted her to try again with mine. Cara sat down with me and thoroughly explained her sales strategy in her professional friendly manner. Cara was excellent to deal with. At no time did I feel pressured with negotiations. The best aspect of Cara's service was she contacted me when there was another townhouse available in the complex I liked. I'd lost a previous contract there due to my house not selling in the required time. This time my house did sell and I was successful in buying where I had my heart set on. Those kind of follow-ups are what make an excellent agent.
