Cara and her team made the sale of our property so much easier and took the stress off us by being very professional, excellent communication and giving us a wonderful list of people to do our maintence, inspections and update the property. Thank you to Cara and her team for really looking after us and making our sale so much less stressful and successful. Steve and Jo Borton

Cara had some great credentials and fantastic reviews which is why we decided to put our flat in her hands. We had made enquiries with other agents (one of whom was our letting Agent) and they were not very supportive, said the market is tough for flats at the moment and one didn't even want to handle it at all. Throughout the process of selling our property Cara has been thoroughly professional and kept us 'in the loop' at all times. She is extremely pro-active and marketed our property very well while communicating with the tenants to ensure that, although their lease was up, they did not leave. In fact, they have decided to stay and Cara's company is now their new Agent! We would not hesitate to recommend her and if we needed to sell another property, Cara would be the first person we contact.

Happy with the selling of the house and the price received. The selling agent was exellent in all aspects of the selling of the house. A rating 10 out 10. Another happy seller.

My property was on the market for approximately 48hrs before we had an offer. 4 days later we signed contracts, no hitch or glitch. Cara is honest and genuine, gives you a straight answer and makes you feel safe in your decision. Thank you for your time and if I ever need to buy or sell, I'll be back to Cara!

Cara has been very easy to get along with from making the initial contact for information on the property to working in with us to make a viewing time that suited all of us to being easily contactable by phone or email. As purchases who live nearly 2 hours from the property we brought, Cara made the whole situation stress free, even negotiating the purchase price over the phone on a Sunday. The properties views sold themselves to us but the after sale service has been great from Cara.

We found Cara to have the most knowledge on the local and surrounding areas compared to other agents. We have bought and sold with Cara and the Ray White team and am very happy with their professional service!

Cara was awesome, as expected. Another very successful sale!

Cara worked diligently throughout the whole sales process. Even negotiated a higher price. Can not speak highly enough about the service provided through every step. Thank you.

Cara and her team are knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time. She answered every question and explained every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a house is big decision and comes with stress, but working with Cara made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her.

Smooth process from end to end. Extremely helpful in arranging the various trades to attend the property. Very good understanding of the market and negotiation with the various buyers.

Cara was very helpful at organising us to purchase our new home. Altho our sale was a little trickier than others we got there in the end. I would recommend her for future work.

I found Cara to be a straight to the point, no nonsense sort of agent who knew her market very well, she set about getting me the best price we hoped our property could achieve, keep me informed of the big picture. Cara was honest and treated me like a friend not just a client.
