I have personally worked with Carmen multiple times when selling my properties. Carmen makes a what could be a stressful situation as enjoyable as possible. Very nice and personable with excellent support from her staff. I cant recommend Carmen or Harcourt's Solutions - The Gap highly enough.
Carmen was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. She had great knowledge of the property and the local area. I felt well supported throughout the process of buying my first home.
Carmen has been incredible and very professional. We got a great price for our home with only two open inspections. It was all done with great ease as Carmen handled everything. She has been incredibly supportive to me and my family as we have lived at the property for 18 years and are sad to leave. Not only did she sell our house but has helped my family and I move into a new rental. I would highly recommend Carmen to anyone we are so glad we chose her for our agent and hope to see her again in the very near future. Julie Moroney
