I have no hesitation in providing positive feedback in the form of a review concerning my wife and I with our recent dealings with Carole Saville. We found Carole displayed the highest levels of customer service that we have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very quickly and answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly. We had great customer support from beginning to end of the process. Carole was professional and caring. She was prepared to go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend her unreservedly.

Carole has been a wonderful agent throughout the process. To say I am pleased with the result she got is an understatement! I was literally speechless with our sale price. Carole has been very patient and explained everything in a timely manner that is very reassuring and encouraging. I highly recommend Carole.

I knew I was on the mark when I 1st met Carole .I spoke to her on my own While I had time off .Carole was happy to come back quiet a few weeks later to talk to both me and my wife. We didn't even bother talking to any other agents. Carole made this process all too easy . Her causal but professional attitude is a dream to deal with . The hardest thing was cleaning up to present the house for open days . Carole went above and beyond to get an astronomical price for the house . I would recommend Carole for your real estate needs to sell your house 100% . You won't be disappointed

Carole is an amazing real estate agent. Very professional, and made everything so easy. I would highly recommend Carole to anyone who wants to sell their property.

Carole has a great understanding of the local market in particular and delivered results far beyond expectations. All questions were responded too swiftly and communcations were clear and concise. Everything went very smoothly and easy, no stress. :-)

Carole immediately put us at ease, openly discussed all of our options. We are thrilled with the results, having accepted an offer in our desired price range in under a fortnight on the market! Highly recommend Carole and her exceptional skills.

We cannot thank and recommend Dan, Carole and the team enough, with their combined knowledge, guidance and experience we were able to sell our house within 2 days for more than we expected which makes selling a house a dream. They are the most down to earth, professional and accommodating realestate agents to work with. We cannot recommend them enough.

Very knowledgeable and professional was in constant contact through the whole process would definitely use again.

Carole was my knight’ess’ in shining armour. Caroles calm, empathetic and professional approach was nothing less than perfection. Carole was the one agent that actually took time to sit down with me and talk things through and work out a plan to move forward. I knew as soon as I met Carole that I would not use any other agent but her. Carole connected me to tradesmen who arrived within hours to quote for a few things to be done like window cleaning, painters etc. Everyone of them spoke very highly of Carole and only agreed to help because of her. Carole kept in constant contact from day one and sold my home before it even went on the market. Carole received multiple offers and an amazing selling price was achieved. My son and I are eternally grateful for Carole’s extensive expertise, time and effort but more so Caroles patience, passion and determination to obtain the best settlement possible for me. I truly believe that Carole is the best Real Estate Agent I have come across and I know I had the best advocate I could have ever wished for. I hereby highly recommend Carole Saville without any hesitations as she truly is the best you can get.

From appraisal to O&A Carole’s professionalism is way above the rest. We are delighted with everything that Carole has done. Everything she said she was going to do, she did. Everything that she said was going to happen, has. If your looking for someone to sell your property we highly recommend Carole, she genuinely goes above and beyond.

I found Carole to be very professional and genuine. It was made very clear to me what was needed to be done to get the best possible outcome for the property. Every step along the way was given with constant communication and updates. The quality of the listing was outstanding. Highly recommend
