Carole took charge of selling my home right form the moment I met her. Her sound advice and property market knowledge made for a smooth transaction for both the purchaser and myself. I cannot recommend Carole enough and would not even consider using anyone else in the future.

Carole was amazing from first introduction, though to settlement. I was always kept in communication about everything.

Carole is the best estate agent I have ever dealt with. Her knowledge is excellent, and she gave us sound advice all the way through the process. She has been professional, efficient and has consistently gone the extra mile to achieve a quick and smooth sale. We could not be happier with the process and the outcome. I can highly recommend Carole and would definitely not even consider using anyone else in the future. Thank you Carole.

Carole is excellent at managing rapport with buyers. Due to her personal touch in dealing with buyers, she makes sale process very easy. Not only she achieves good prices, but Due to her honest and open conversation about any aspect of the sale, buyers trust her that she is doing right thing by them which is true. But more importantly, she is able to balance interest of both parties. I will recommend Carole to my friends and family when they are selling their properties.

Excellent professional Carol is excellent, diligent and honest professional. She has great relationship with potential buyers in her target areas and they trust her completely. Because of that sale becomes easier and any hiccups like delayed finance approval, delayed settlements, early possession etc can be worked out easily and with trust.

After deciding to sell the dream home that we built 11 years ago, due to my wife's medical conditions, Carole was recommended by a friend, and she has helped us along the way to an eventual sale. As we have not done any house selling / purchasing for over 13 years, Carole spoke to us in simple terms that gave us confidence, that we otherwise would not have had. We had trepidations as to what minefield we were entering, as the property market of today seemed to be all too different from our earlier experience. We were given adequate time to prepare for the "Home Open" day, and Carole indicated that we had nothing to worry about. Carole brought some people to look through our home, and later that day Carole advised us that an offer had been made that we were happy to accept, and the road from then on has been a little bumpy, but our home is being made ready for the new owner. Carole has smoothed over the little issues, with confidence, and full knowledge of how things proceed in the housing market. Hats off to Carole and her team. Well done.

Carole was a absolute Joy . I cannot recommend her highly enough. Throughout the whole process she was so pleasant, genuine, professional and just downright wonderful. In my experience with other real estate agents I have found them to have that “sleazy car sales man” vibe, but Carole was the polar opposite . So utterly trustworthy and honest , she sold my house for a good price in super fast time. I recommend her services to anyone . The best.

Carole made everything so easy! She was there for everything we needed and held our hands the entire way through. Carole picked up the phone whenever we would call and put our minds to ease when we worried about the small things. She was a pleasure to deal with and we would not have been able to do this without her. We will be forever grateful to her for making this such an easy and positive experience.

We would like to say a very big thank you to Carole Saville for selling our house so unbelievably quick and effectively. The result was astonishing. We are so grateful for all her hard work, guidance and help. Carole is truly the most professional, nicest and caring person we have come across. Would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. “You are the BEST Carole.”
