Carole was wonderfully attentive from the very beginning and very proactive throughout the whole sales process. She managed to get our house from listing to sold in a few short weeks and was great at keeping us informed throughout. We would absolutely recommend Carole as a selling agent and believe her sales track record is testament to her ability.

We are so glad we enlisted Carole to help us sell our home in Kingsley. We interviewed a couple of agents in the area, but felt Carole was the right fit for us. We found her delightful to deal with, very professional, and she works her hardest to get the best results for you! She not only sold our house in a few days after being listed, but achieved a great result! We would definitely use Carole again, and couldn't recommend her enough. Thanks Carole!

Carole's superior experience with buyers and the area resulted in a super quick sale exceeding all our expectations. We found her very responsive and quick to respond to all communications and have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone wanting to sell. Thanks Carole!!

A few houses down the street from us I had seen the sign of Carole Seville's Real Estate with a Sold sticker on it. I walked up to it and met the lady of the house which just had been sold. She was all in praise about Carole and her right hand man Daniel Maccora. A few days later I and my wife went to Carole's office and had a meeting with her and Dan. It was a most enjoyable encounter because we could feel that we were carefully listened to and a very good rapport developed quickly. Carole and Dan got all the marketing started and only two days after the advertising had gone out we had a great offer which we accepted. Most hands on matters were handled by Dan. What was most pleasing was the fact that Dan and Carole’s office almost always immediately responded to any email or text message. Additionally we were always kept up to date how far the sales process had progressed. My wife and I are most grateful for the highly professional way Carole and Daniel had handled the sale of our property. It could not have been any better!

Carole is a very knowledgeable and competent agent who makes the entire selling process simple and stress free. Excellent & prompt feedback, does not pressure seller to accept offers. She advises and lets the market decide. She is very thorough and efficient.

From the first contact Carole was easy to talk to, explaining her proven selling technique in a straightforward manner. I knew I had to have her sell my property. She kept me up to date throughout the whole process and found a buyer within a week. I highly recommend Carole and her team for your property needs.

Carole was amazing right from the get go and provided excellent service whilst selling our home. Supposedly one of the most stressful things in life to do but with Carole by our side it was an absolute breeze. Her local knowledge was second to none and her strategy was excellent. We sold our house on the first home open for more than we were expecting. If you’re thinking of selling, or buying do get in touch with her.
