Aika Seirlis

This was my first sale with Aika. Having previously purchased two properties with her. All three experiences were a pleasure. Aika has an incredible understanding of all aspects of real estate, from legislation, which is constantly evolving, to styling and most importantly, communication. Aika is highly effective, efficient, consistent and considerate. I have no hesitation in recommending her and the whole team at North South Real Estate. For anyone considering who to work with at any stage of your real estate journey, Aika and North South are the best, hands down.

Aika was very professional and knew the market well.

Five stars for Nik and Aika! We had a wonderful experience working with North South Real Estate. Nik and Aika took the time to truly understand what we were looking for and were incredibly thorough in their search. Thanks to their hard work and dedication, they found us the perfect property for our needs. If you want a team that is professional, attentive, and delivers great results, look no further!

Aika helped us every step of the way through the daunting process of buying our first home. We really appreciated her expertise and knowledge of the property. I grilled them with many questions to which they had a sensible and informed response for each. Thank you Aika

Aika was fantastic to work with and delivered an exceptional result, achieving a record sale price for my unit. She was professional, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile. She also kindly provided a free valuation on another property in my portfolio, which was incredibly helpful. It’s also wonderful to see North South Real Estate giving back through support of local community initiatives. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience working with Aika and Nic when buying my first home. As a first-time buyer, the process felt overwhelming, but they made everything clear and manageable. Although they represented the seller, after seeing how much I loved the property, they were very supportive and guided me from making an offer through to securing the purchase. Their professionalism and responsiveness made the whole experience smooth and positive. I’m very grateful for their help!
