I knew David was going to be the right agent to sell our property. After talking to and meeting with other agents David's professionalism and knowledge was above everyone else. We sold our property within a week of our first open inspection and couldn't be happier. Would recommend David and Magain to anyone who is looking to sell their property.

David was recommended to us by friends and we were not disappointed. He was well prepared and very pleasant to deal with. He kept us informed all through the selling process. No hesitation in recommending him.

as we all do, putting your house on the market for sale is a huge worry, am I doing the right thing, is it the right time to sell, etc, etc. Before settling with David we had met with 3 other real estate agents and 2 of those seemed to be competent, 1 was no more than a fright. from the minute I sat down with David , I felt at ease, he wasn't pushy or any thing. he was confident at what he did. I looked him in the eye and asked him if he could sell my home for the price that we believed it was worth and the quickest reply came from his lips was YES. I can sell this home for you. I would recommend David in a heart beat.

I have no hesitation in recommending david hams to sell your property . david has gone above and beyond . And i veey pleased with the out come of the sale of my property from start to finish and everything has been dealt with in a very professional manner ...well done thankyou david hams ...tina .

David Hams is one of the most genuine men you could meet. He considers all aspects of your sale and how that may impact you as a seller. He has a great knowledge base and makes you feel comfortable with all decisions that need to be made. He kept us updated on progress throughout our journey of sale. I would highly recommend him. We recently sold a property through David Hams at Magains. David's professionalism was outstanding throughout. We will definitely use David again.

Again David has come up to the mark, he has now sold two of our houses in Willunga and the two could not have been more different, yet has received the same results to our benefit. We thank you David for your commitment, dedication, and professionalism, we could not have chosen better. Regards Nick and Dawn

My husband and I recently dealt with David when we wanted to sell our house relatively quick. David kindly took the time to have a look at our property and provide us with great ideas and helpful cost-effective tips to assist in making our house present beautifully for potential buyers. My husband and I both found David to be very approachable and easy-going while maintaining an excellent level of professionalism and understanding of our needs and always happy to discuss any concerns we had throughout the process. Better yet, our house went under contract after our FIRST open inspection which we couldn't have been more happy about! We are now very happy in our dream home. Thanks David and team for being awesome!
