David knows what the market is doing and knows how to look at each sales opportunity with a point of difference. A great communicator and always follows up as needed. We can't recommend Magain Real Estste highly enough. After a long, drawn out campaign with another agent with no result, we called upon David Hams with Angela Pitman at Magain. David was very professional in his approach, explained the whole sales and marketing spiel clearly did not pressure us at any stage. David listened to our request for continuous communication which was most important to us. We appreciated David's feedback on house presentation and buyers comments. Open inspections were communicated well in advance and feedback was immidiate after an open. We would also like to say David's assistant Angela was very efficient and they make a successful team.

We were very pleased with both David and Angela, who were always prompt, efficient and friendly. Phone queries were attended to quickly, we never felt that any question was too trivial. David was very supportive during times of personal stress and our journey selling our property.
