I couldn’t have been happier with David as an agent his knowledge on the area was spot on. His professionalism and communication was outstanding and to top it off he sold my property on the first open. Would highly recommend David to anyone selling their home.

David knows the local market well and was very professional in all aspects of handling the sale of our property. I would highly recommend David if you are considering selling your property. David was easy to work with and good at communicating with both us and the potential purchasors.

David was a fantastic agent and sold our property for more than we expected in just 10 days. We could not be happier with our experience or the outcome. Thanks David and team!

David Hams went above and beyond our expectations. He generated plenty of interest in our property. The sale of our property was fast and stress free. Excellent agent! I would highly recommend David as an agent.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mr David Hams as your preferred Sales Agent. David arrived at our first meeting fully briefed on the area and sales trends, with a sound and logical approach to achieving the best possible sales outcome. His approach was at all times very professional and we were in no doubt that David was acting for us.

Great agent, that goes out of his way to get you the best possible outcome. You are kept well informed and advised throughout the process. Highly recommend.

David is extremely knowledgeable and knows the market very well he was always easy to get a hold of to answer any question I had and if I left a message he was very prompt on replying . He always kept me in the loop of how things were going and worked hard to get the price for us the client . One of the things I liked the most was his honesty about the market and gave great advice while still letting us make our own decisions on a sale price . I would definitely recommend using David again and for anyone deciding to sell you won’t be disappointed. Selling your home is a massive thing to do and David made it an easy transition for us . Cheers mate
