We made an a great choice when choosing Alan as our agent. He was exceptional, keeping us informed every step of the way, very pleasant demeanor and a great sense of humour which made what could be a very stressful experience, a pleasant one. He sold our property extremely quickly and we were very pleased with the results. Would recommend Alan to family and friends when selling
For the moment we met Alan, we felt he had fantastic market knowledge and experience. He was very straight forward during all of our discussions, and made sure we understood each part of the sale process. He had a clear understanding of our sale expectations and he used this to set even higher standards for himself. Alan is a great communicator, excellent with his punctuality and even the endless interest in viewing our property at all hours, was never too much trouble for him. We'd recommend Alan to anyone looking for a genuine Agent, with incredible knowledge, experience, and as someone who really stands out and thrives in his role.
Alan Holmes did a fantastic job sell our house at Yarra Glen Dennis and l were very happy with his professional, polite and punctual manner. We would recommend him to anyone looking for an agent for an honest opinion and advice on there property.
Alan was referred to us by a friend and I am so glad we made contact with him. From the first meeting we knew we had the right agent for us. I had made contact with two other agents prior before the house was getting ready to go on the market. Alan was fabulous we followed his advice with the preparation of staging the house to launch of the property and our combined partnership paid off when the house was launched for sale. I have referred him to other contacts myself without hesitation because he is their for you every step of the way. The house was signed in a week to a genuine buyer and we were wrapped with the final figure. One call one face to face meeting and you will know why it was my pleasure to write this review
We selected Alan Holmes due to his intimate knowledge of the area & his local reputation. He communicated with us well throughout the process. We felt he was very honest & fair in setting expectations for what we could achieve. We always felt as though he cared about the result - not just about achieving his commission. The sale process went very smoothly and we achieved a record result for the area - something Alan quite rightly is very proud of. Overall, we would have no hesitation in recommending Alan Holmes to market a property on your behalf.
We were very pleased with Alan's handling of our property he explained what was involved in selling a house, kept us up to date with everything that was happening and most importantly sold our house within 2 weeks for a fabulous price.
Alan first assisted us when we were building our home. We found him to be of the highest in both honesty and credibility. When it came to selling our home, Alan was the obvious choice. It was a trouble free experience and he followed up with us at all stages of the sale. Thank you Alan, you made the selling experience a very pleasant one. We were very happy with the price that you were able to achieve for us. It is a pleasure to write this review.
Alan is a friendly, down to earth agent who helped us achieve above our targeted price. He is open and transparent which makes you feel very confident in the sale process. He has a great knowledge of the real estate market in Lilydale particularly the Gateway Estate. Thanks heaps Alan.
