Alex Mastoris came to our attention as he had recently sold three properties close by. Personable and energetic with competitive commission rates and a well defined sales plan, he got the listing. He brought with him a builder (Matt from Go Build) at the same time and together we went through the property looking at ways to improve its presentation for sale as it had been rented out for three years since we renovated. A lighter shade of paint for the interior lightened the house even more. Painting the roof lifted the "kerb appeal" enormously and putting in several exterior lights in the courtyard and back garden was a brilliant idea.it cost around $9,000 and was money very well spent. During the sale period Alex kept us up to date virtually daily on the individual buyers coming through and rated them in there seriousness of intent, giving us a good insight into who was who and what numbers they were talking. On multiple multiple occasions he showed buyers through outside of the usual open for inspection times of wed /sat. By the end of the sales campaign we were comforted by knowing that no stone had been left unturned to market the property to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom house in the inner west, then it was down to the market to come up with its response which we could either accept or reject. It was a strong result for us and we are happy with it.
