We hired Alex for the sale of our home after having an amazing experience with him as a purchaser. From the very start Alex was straightforward, confident, had a wealth of knowledge and a ton of passion. Selling during lockdown wasn’t easy – Alex quickly adapted to a new way of selling which included daily 1:1 inspections, assisting buyers not able to attend with detailed videos, and an online auction. He didn’t seem phased by the challenge and always remained positive. His communication was outstanding – daily messages and updates, weekly reports and calling us to check in on the phone. I first met Alex at an open home for a property we ended up missing out on at auction. During this process we got to know him, and he said they would look after us and help us find a home. We'd heard this before from other agents, but none delivered...except for Alex. Not only did he find us a home - but he found us our dream home and we'll forever be grateful. We were guided through the purchase the whole way through, and nothing was too much trouble - we never felt rushed, when we had questions, we got answers (and quickly too), and we were kept in the loop the whole way through. He had loads of patience, and despite my husband being away for most of the purchasing process, he was able to take all of the stress away. Alex knew the property exceptionally well - from the property history to existing DA's and even knew the neighbours. He has a wealth of knowledge on the suburb and most of the shire. I don't think I can fault the experience at all, and I know that even though our purchase is complete, we’re now entrusting him to sell our home. Beyond this, we know he'll always be there for us if we need anything down the track.
