Alexis is a gun, and we're the buyer. We bought this house with the intention to rebuild and renovate and sell in the future. We looked at many properties. Honestly the biggest issue we had was the agents. All fluff and cloud talk, hard to get a response, always inconsistent replies, lack of following up and through and never answered the phone. Alexis has been not just easy to deal with, but proactive. Simple words she gets shit done. Handled the negotiation with class which ended in a win/win for both us and the vendor I assume. Has never been hard to get a hold of, we've tried to opt for a quicker settlement, everything was dome straight away. Not only are we happy, but I can only assume the vendor is as well. As a buyer, that's probably a hard thing to come by, so if your selling, take note that you've got an agent where not only the seller is happy, but the buyer too. In my experience, that's a rare thing, hence why we will definitely be going back to Alexis when we're ready to sell too. Already been giving advice on things to think about before weve even settled, all jokes aside, thats what you want your salesperson to be, on the ball.
