The reason for my comments and title is.....I have purchased my properties through him and all are good...I noticed few things that makes him different to other agents are 1. Well communicated 2. Trust 3.Well experienced and honest. I am so fortunate that I met him and luckily all my real estate investments are through his company....Andrew grown his business from small team to very big team and successful in running business for many years. He is now renowned person in Black town real estate business......I am sure he will achieve more in coming years.

Andrew went above and beyond. We purchased a property through Andrew, He determined what we were after and opened our eyes to other possibilities. We are very happy with our purchase

Andrew and his team were at all times courteous and professional and offered me the best sales service and results j could have asked for

Key positives - Andrew was pro-active in all aspects of the transaction, open and honest in all communications, and invested the time to guide me through the process from start to finish - made the purchase simple and seamless.

Great agent and look forward to work together in the future.

Andrew was a pleasure to work with. His enthusiasm and flexibility to assist us go through a process we'd never been through before was greatly appreciated. We trust his advice and judgment and would not hesitate using him again for all our property investment needs.

good agent！and good services. But I hope your company can hire some stuff can speak mandarin.

We bought the property of Andrew in 2012. It was managed by his agency. Over the years it was looked after very well by them. If ever we had any issues, then Andrew was just a phone call away from us. Finally when we decided of selling the property we approached him and whole of the process was looked after by Andrew. Selling the property was not at all stressful for us and everything went smoothly. Overall I would five Andrew 15 out of 10. Me and my family were very much satisfied by him and his services.

After a few months looking for an investment property across various parts of Sydney, I dealt with quite a few real estate agents, most of which gave very poor service. Meeting Andrew was like a breath of fresh air! He is knowledgeable, genuine and always contactable. He has kept us informed the whole way through our purchase and has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during what can be a stressful time!

Thank you all so much for all time and effort , thank you once again from Nicole and peter

excellent and professional Agent!

Andrew is a very well spoken real estate agent. My experience with him in buying my first investment property was great. He made the whole process very transparent and easy. I would recommend him any day.
