A young gun, Andrew burst onto the real estate scene with pistols blazing, carving out new sales records from the get-go for the Ray White team. Essentially born into real estate, with over 150 years of family experience in the industry, it’s really no surprise. Son of John Condon, Director of Ray White Frankston, this seasoned Frankston local has been living and breathing real estate market trends through his family since graduating from Frankston High School. With an unstoppable drive, Andrew has worked his way up through the ranks, learning every facet of the business from the ground floor. Starting in reception, he was nominated for front-of-house Manager of the Year for the whole Victorian and Tasmanian sector within his first 12 months before quickly propelling himself into the role of Assistant Portfolio Manager. Now a Sales Consultant, Andrew’s background in Property Management and being able to identify rental values and tenant requirements has given him a clear edge in sales in the lucrative investor niche, allowing him to consistently break street sales records. Bringing his youthful passion and energy, coupled with his naturally competitive personality, it’s no wonder Andrew has been nominated for Sales Creator of the Year, earning his place in the family-run Ray White Frankston team, who collectively achieve the highest sales number per agent in the area.

Andrew Condon exceeded our expectations

When we decided to sell we did the usual due diligence and brought in 4 local agents. I found that 3 were playing very safe and giving a low price range and were dead against auction even with low stock numbers. Andrew was the only one game enough to suggest a higher price and to let the market decide by auction. We attended a property auction nearby that Andrew had listed previously. That property sold for a very healthy price and was the clincher for us to finally pull the trigger and put our home on the market. We were given a very clear plan for our campaign, all questions were followed up promptly and the right amount of communication was given and very clear instructions were provided to us to help maximise our chances for achieving a successful sale and very healthy price for our property.
