We met James after spending three years trying to find a new home with no luck. We told him what we were looking for and to our surprise he actually listened. Within a couple of months James found and showed us two off market properties that we loved. As potential buyers we found him to be honest and open at all times while still working to get the best price he could acheive for the sellers. As such when the time came to sell our home we did not think twice about hiring James. He and Deb advised and helped us to present our home in the best way and were amazingly well organized and professional. We are confident that James acheived the best price for our home. We aren't planning on ever selling our new forever home, but if we do James will be the agent we call on.
