Jess and her team were absolutely wonderful. Apart from their enthusiasm and bright personalities their knowledge of the area was unquestionable, their marketing first class, their ability to tap into prospective purchasers enhanced our marketability and throughout to process kept us fully informed and made us feel at ease. The result of all this is that we achieved a fantastic result with little stress. We would highly recommend Jess and her team and Stone

Jess and her team at Stone Real Estate are excellent going above and beyond in marketing and selling our home of 33 years. Professional and confident and all very pleasant to deal with. Thank you all Dave and Jackie

Jess Smith and the team at Stone were tremendous! They sat down and listened to our circumstances and then presented the process and scheduled timeline that would achieve our specific needs. They kept us informed and advised throughout the process. They displayed an authoritative knowledge of the market and worked collaboratively with us to achieve a result that was beyond our expectations.

We have sold a couple of properties through Jess now and each time her service has been exceptional and she has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her and JD make an excellent team and go above and beyond throughout the entire process. Even after exchange they have been in regular contact, offering assistance wherever they can. Jess is honest, trustworthy and reliable so you are instantly comfortable putting the sale of your property in her hands. It is clear that Jess puts her heart and soul into her work and is truly passionate about what she does and takes the time to get to know her clients on a personal level so she can provide the best outcome for them. I would not hesitate to use Jess again for future sales and I highly recommend her service to anyone looking at buying and selling.

I am so glad that Pearl and I made the decision to sell our 1st home through Jess Smith and her team of two brilliant individuals - Jess Doolan and Sam Dyne .. We never felt once that we were living interstate.. Right from organising a solicitor to chatting with my tenants making them comfortable with the whole sale process and giving me value added tips to increase the value of the property.. The whole communication process was very transparent and timely. The whole team certainly exceeded our expectations and we can't thank these guys enough!! So all you Canberrians if you are looking to sell your property stop pondering and take the 1st step to speak to Jess Smith.. You will never be disappointed. Top stuff Jess, JD and Sam you guys are thorough professionals and surely are magicians in our eyes! Keep up the great work!! - Shell & Pearl!

Absolutely hands down the best agent in town. Jess made the process of selling so easy considering the challenges faced by lockdown. We cant recommend Jess and the entire Stone Real Estate team highly enough.

We have bought and sold with Jess before and have always found her to be extremely professional , knowledgeable and supportive through the whole process. She’s the best and would recommend her highly

As soon as we meet with Jess and the team at stone we knew we had made the right decision to list our property with them. Jess S and Jess D had great knowledge of the area and made the process stress free. Everything that Jess said they offered before we listed like communication, updates throughout the whole process was delivered. We received regular updates on how our listing was tracking and Jess and the team made themselves available at anytime if we had any questions. I am so glad we went through this experience with Stone and extremely happy with our outcome.

Superb service, highly recommended. Our extended family and I have worked with Jess and her team several times. Each time, they have never failed to impress with their friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency. They have always made what seem like tough and complicated decisions easy for us. They have our complete trust when it comes to real estate advice and transactions.

Jess and her team have been a dream to work with. They have helped me in more ways than I could mention during the sale. From getting quotes for repainting and new carpets to just checking the mailbox for me they have been great. They have made the process of selling my property through a lockdown and having relocated interstate a breeze. Their marketing and sale strategy has resulted in a higher than expected sale price which I couldn't be more thrilled about. Jess and her team have given clear regular updates throughout the sale process and helped explain the process clearly to me as a first time property seller. Their price was very competitive and I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Jess was great to deal with and was always prompt in replying to correspondence.

Jess and the Stone Gungahlin team are excellent and professional agent.
