After researching agents with great reviews in the Gungahlin area, we discovered Jess and her team. Jess was passionate about selling our property from day 1, and we found her easy to deal with, hard working, and knowledgeable about the area - including some of the nuances related to Bonner, in particular. We felt that Jess' team, while also passionate, lacked a bit of the knowledge and experience that Jess has, and need to grow in developing initiative and skills in dealing with clients - but overall, seemed to provide a good support base for Jess to do her work as the agent. In the end, it was Jess' connection with potential buyers - including one that had not been specifically looking at our property, that got the sale through.
