Jess was passionate about selling our property from day 1, and we found her easy to deal with, hard working, and knowledgeable about the area - including some of the nuances related to Bonner, in particular. We felt that Jess' team, while also passionate, lacked a bit of the knowledge and experience that Jess has, and need to grow in developing initiative and skills in dealing with clients - but overall, seemed to provide a good support base for Jess to do her work as the agent. In the end, it was Jess' connection with potential buyers - including one that had not been specifically looking at our property, that got the sale through.
