After recently selling a property with Karen and her team, it was a pleasant surprise to see that Ian Shortell was conducting the property inspections at a property we were interested in purchasing. Once again, Karen, Ian, Joanne, and Chloe were superb to deal with. Everything was conducted in a prompt, professional manner, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Fantastic service with a smile.

The team were really easy to deal with and took a lot of the pain of buying a house away from us. They were willing to have an open house at a separate time due to work commitments. Communication was great through the entire process. Highly recommend them.

We would not hesitate to recommend Karen and her team to anyone looking to sell their home. The process was easy with great communication and feedback.

We could not be more happy with the service and outcome we received.

I found that Karen was a pleasure to work with and very easy to communicate what was required in the purchase of this property. She had good knowledge about the property and had full cooperation from her sellers. I felt completely at ease in the transaction process in the purchase of the property. I would highly recommend her to be a great agent for the sale of any property.

Karen and the team, were extremely knowledgeable and helpful at all stages from listing our property to sale. They provided us with assistance above and beyond expectations. Professional, and personable, they helped make selling our property as easy for us as possible. Nothing was a bother, and we were able to have things done the way we wanted. We have no hesitation in suggesting to others to work with this great team. If it's real estate your interested in, buying or selling, give Karen, Ian, Joanne or Chloe a call.

Karen is knowledgeable, friendly and posesses a professional attitude. We could always get in contact with her which is important. We are very, very impressed with Karen . Thankyou for a wonderful quick result.

We had thought we were engaging Karen to sell our property. She was very pleasant on our first meeting. That was the last time we saw or spoke to her. Another agent from the office took over all aspects of selling the property,.

Highly recommend Karen and her team! They have excellent knowledge of the current market and went above & beyond at all times,

Big thank you to Karen and her team for another great result!
