We first met Karen whilst putting in an offer on a house we fell in love with, she was straight up, no nonsense and gave us sound advice as to putting in an attractive offer in a never seen before sellers market in Brisbane. We followed her advice, but unfortunately lost the offer to another buyer (not by much) too which we were devastated. A few days later, out of nowhere, Karen called me and said she had a possible 2 houses for us to look at that were in our desirable range (wow! what a memory!) the care was instantly there, she told us she genuinely felt sad that we lost the last property and wanted to find us something.. it was then we knew we found an amazing agent. An agent for the genuine buyer, an agent who cared... Karen went next level on customer service in the real estate game. From there she allowed us to work with the seller to be invited into private inspections where we were completely head over heels with what she found us.. even better than the one we lost!...
