I would like to thank Karen and Jade for selling our house in a professional and ethical manner. They always put their buyer first and they always listened to what we wanted. They always went above and beyond our expectations. We received the highest sale in our area with no marketing fees and amazing negotiating skills. I have known Karen for years and the reason I keep going back to her is that she is more interested in my happiness and not the quick sale to walk away with her commission.

Being a new buyer to the market I had several enquiries on the purchase of property's in Queensland, Karen spent the time in her busy schedule to go through the process and helped me to better understand how it all worked and what we needed to do to progress. Thank you Karen.

It was a pleasure dealing with Karen and her team. Sue is always so polite and helpful. As for being 1st home owners they made us feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. We are now living in our dream home Thank you so much :)

Karen was welcoming and inviting and assisted us on getting in to our 1st home. Great experience working with the Team :)

Karen and all of her staff at professional s Cleveland where great to deal with and always happy to help with any questions we had .

We cannot recommend Karen enough. Her professionalism and knowledge is of high standard. She is always available when we have questions and always kept us up to date with every aspect of selling our home and buying a new one. I found Karen to be very realistic and easy to communicate with. We will use her with any future real estate we have in the future.

I have done multiple dealings with Karen and have found each and everyone to be of a high standard. She is pleasant and competent to deal with.

Karen recently sold our property in 5 days. We had met with several different agents prior to choosing Karen. We were very grateful for her guidance throughout the entire process. Her knowledge of the area is excellent and her professionalism is second to none. We are confident in recommending Karen to anyone ready to buy or sell a property.

We would highly recommend Karen Renouf as an excellent real estate agent - who listens to us (her clients) providing valuable reports and advice to support our decisions and requests that made the selling of our properties easy . Karen and her team were truly "The Professionals" as she made more effort to individually focus on us and provide informed and valuable advice than any other real estate agent we have ever dealt with. Karen sold our properties within a week of listing (amazing work), and was always polite and happy, easy to talk to and provided accurate and good advice, and supported us throughout the sales of our properties - what more could you ask for! I would recommend her 100%

I have had the privilege of dealing with Karen in the past, so when my current situation changed and I wanted to sell my property, she was the first person to contact. Karen is open and honest about the whole process and always available for any concerns. Let's face it selling can be very stressful. She makes the whole process so easy. Karen and her team are friendly, helpful and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Karen to any prospective Seller.

From beginning to end the whole experience of purchasing my home at Whepstead Avenue Wellington Point has been trouble free and I have been extremely happy with the excellent service from both Karen and her assistant Sue. Karen has wonderful knowledge of property, market trends, and local prices and properties. Sue was excellent in assisting Karen with follow up administration and very good at organising all building and pest inspections. I was extremely happy with excellent service and thrilled with a lovely welcoming hamper from "The Professionals. Thank you so much Karen.

Karen was great to work with, I felt i could be my self and tell her exactly what I wanted out of an agent.
