In November 2015 I decided to sell my townhouse and hopefully move to a small single level house nearby. Karen Renouf was recommended by a friend after I had already interviewed another agent who I was rather satisfied with. Mid 2015 we arranged for an appraisal of our property as we had decided to move to the Sunshine Coast. We contacted Karen Renouf for two reasons, the first being that she had sold the property to us six years ago and we had been impressed by her at that point. Since moving to the area we have constantly seen Karen's signs on properties in the area and surrounding suburbs and have always been impressed by the seemingly short period of time between a 'For Sale' sign going up and the 'Sold' sign appearing.
