I have known Barry for a decade. He has assisting me in selling and buying five properties, four of them while I was living and working aboard. He has the knowledge and capacity to assess accurately issues, the value of a property and market prospects. In selling four properties Barry has been able to achieve, and better, his advised property price. He has never suggested dropping an advised price. His integrity and honesty is second to none.

Choosing a realestate agent is a difficult process as they often come across as adding/sharing the same values. I was introduced to Barry through a colleague who highly recommended him. As a property investor who has worked with many good agents, I was hesitant in meeting and considering someone new rather than rely on the people I’ve known and previously used. However from our first meeting, I felt very comfortable with Barry and my gut-feel was to give him the opportunity. He came across as a mix of new-age sales and old-school genuine. Barry is extremely positive and enthusiastic however remained realistic, calm and caring through the entire process. What made the sales process interesting was Barry implementing some unconventional sales strategies which I’ve never undertaken previously. This resulted in an amazing outcome for both the purchaser and myself. It was this very moment in the sales process that I knew I had made the right decision in going with Barry.
