As we live a long distance from Canberra, we were particularly grateful for how easy and smooth he made the whole sale process and how informed he kept us the entire way. Ben went above and beyond in everything for us. He dropped mail from the property to our rental agent's office, he arranged the building and pest reports for us and got quotes for furniture hire, he phoned our solicitors (who were dragging the chain) every day for a week until they had performed their job, he even set us up with an interested buyer for a shipping container that was on the property which we needed to sell. Best of all, Ben secured a sale price for our property that was $40,000 above what we had expected in only 6 days on the market! Right from the beginning, he had a very clear idea on the best pricing and marketing strategies for the property. He was never pushy or arrogant, but was always very genuine with us, and not too proud to get the opinion of a second agent at McGrath when he felt it was necessary.
