Also, it was very important to us to choose an agent which we felt would have been equally as honest, friendly and helpful to potential buyers as he was to us. We know that Ben has met this criteria. Some family went along to the viewings and said he was fantastic. He took a number of groups that couldn't make the public viewings to the property privately, sometimes outside business hours. When exchange of contracts for the property was held up by solicitors, he was keeping the buyers as well as us informed on the progress on almost a daily basis.
