Ben presented in a quietly confident manner. His professionalism was utmost and his knowledge of the area was impressive and paramount. Constant updates after each open home was greatly appreciated. Ben had no hesitation in recommending and organizing the solicitor and building inspection which took a great deal of stress out of the selling process. I would highly recommend Ben for future sales/auctions and offer my gratitude for a job well done to himself and his team.

Ben presented very professionally and was pleasant. Selling my house was a big deal to me and something I have not had to do for sometime. Ben took the time to walk me through the process and answer the questions I had. If I had my time over again I would have paid to go on to 'All Homes' as I feel that would have brought more buyers to my property and possibly then I would have been able to at least to reach my reserve. I did feel some pressure on auction day to sell below reserve or risk losing my buyer. I am aware of properties equivalent to mine that achieved a higher price, even in the difficult lockdown circumstances that we found ourselves in. I felt, rightly or wrongly, that on auction day, Ben was on the side of the buyer. An extra $20,000 would have given me a lot more scope when buying a downsized property and a better cushion in retirement. I fully accept that as an infrequent seller and buyer of property, my expectations may not have been realistic.

We engaged Ben to sell our property in Dunlop several months before putting our house on the market. It’s clear that he has a good understanding of real estate in our area and how to attract interest in the property. A feature of his service was the excellent and accurate advice provided. Whether it be in choosing a suitable marketing package, advising on worthwhile improvements to make to our property that would add to the value and attract interest, or determining timing to schedule open house, this advice turned out to be spot on. During the period the house was on the market, we attracted lots of interest both through online hits and in property visits. Bens intel gathered from these prospective buyers appeared to be spot on. At the same time he didn’t create unrealistic expectations. When it came time for the auction, we achieved an excellent result. I would happily recommend Ben and his wife Tracy as agents if selling a house in Dunlop and surrounding suburbs.

Ben and Tracey have managed everthing effetively during this particular lockdown period. Ben's professional insignt and advice on the process is highly recommended. It has been very delightful to communicate with him, he explained in details regarding every question I have and kept me informed of every updates. Thank you again Ben & Tracey for all your hard work and guidance in helping me achieve a fantastic sales price outcome.

Ben kept us informed at every stage of the process, even meeting us out of hours at a cafe to hand over paperwork. There is no reason why we would ever use a different agent after having such a simple, sensible and pleasant experience with Ben!

I had requested early occupancy of a recently purchased house (from Ben) and I had not had any response from my conveyancer despite requesting three weeks in advance and numerous follow ups.   With two days to moving and no response, I reached out to Ben late Friday night (move was early Monday morning) in desperation.    Ben and Tracy responded straight away, he called me and assured me that he would look into it. Within half an hour Ben called the vendor and explained the situation, that neither of our conveyancers have followed instructions, organised for the vendor to meet a friend of mine at the property to hand over keys.   This has been an exceptionally stressful time and Ben and Tracy’s quick actions, reassurance and responsiveness has been outstanding.

Ben provided excellent advice and help in getting the house to market and sold. Communication during the initial process and during the sale period was very good, reflecting the organized and thorough way he does business. Always felt confident with his knowledge of the market and his efforts at getting the best deal.

I listed my property with Ben & Tracey Oostermeyer of Luton Properties. They were an incredible team and consummate professionals. They really knew the area, the market and had many qualified buyers by the time the auction came around. Their advice, guidance and professionalism was outstanding throughout the process. I highly recommend them for your Realestate journey. Thank you again Ben & Tracey for all your hard work and guidance in helping me achieve a fantastic sales price outcome.

Ben and Tracey went above and beyond through the most challenging of times to make sure we achieved the result we were chasing. During the ACT lockdown and having only shown the property twice we were able to see a sale price well above our expectations. Their market knowledge, communication and dedication to achieve the goal we had set were second to none. If your looking for a real estate agent to help sell your home, look no further then Ben and Tracey.

I had the pleasure to buy my has off Ben as the agent, my experience was that good that i stayed in contact with Ben. It was a no brainer when it was time for me to sell. Ben was the first point of call for an agent with his easy well communicated and honest manor. i have had the best experience with Ben and his team. I look forward to working with him in the future.

Very knowledgeable about the suburb. He was spot on about price. Large data base of buyers.

I would highly recommend Ben when buying or selling a property. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole experience was easy and stress free. Ben has a great deal of experience and makes the entire process very easy.
