I was reluctant to sell my home of 20 years but unfortunately due changes in my personal situation I was left with no choice. Ben was very understanding and supportive during the whole process. He and Tracey were always available and helpful. They managed to achieve a fantastic result that was beyond my expectations or the expectations of anyone.
Ben Oostermeyer is very gentle and very knowledgeable sales agent. His knowledge of the market seems pretty good, even though we were both surprised at the low shows at the open houses (8 open houses; on average probably only 1.5 person showing). According the bank mortgage officer holiday periods generally are not good times to sell (Summer and Easter; Jan - Apr). However forcing buyers at an auction to make firm bids was a good decision. Ben was open with the feedback he got from viewers and that was much appreciated.
