From the moment we met Ben we knew we had found our agent he is quiet, professional, knowledgeable, not pushy . He listened, his advice was sound, he was always availably and kept us up to date. He managed a very difficult situation and got a positive result We are very happy that Ben and Tracy sold our home
we had a great experience recently while selling our property in Canberra. We are currently living oversea and ben kept us informed at all stages during the sale, made suggestions on what we can do to improve the appearance of the property to provide the best sales price. He provided regular feedback from the open homes and gave us a clear understanding of what we could expect as a sales price without over estimating or raising our hopes beyond realistic expectations
I bought my house through Ben four years previous to my recent sale. There was no exception but to call Ben to say I’m moving on and could you sell my house. Ben was more than helpful easy to deal with and has great maker knowledge guided me throughout the whole process Would highly recommend.
Ben was quick to respond to any questions we had. His knowledge of the market was excellent, his advice in presenting the property was most helpful. He was organized and honest and reliable. We went to auction and achieved a good outcome. Very happy with his service.
Ben has exceptional knowledge and understanding of the local market and he guided us at every stage of the process. Results were what we expected and hoped. 5 stars Ben
Ben made our experience free of stress, was always looking to help and explain the process
Ben and the team at Luton offer great value and quality service. He was very insightful and detailed with the all aspects of the sales process and went beyond the call of duty in many aspects to help us sell our house. Great and timely communication, very honest and reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend.
Ben did the extra leg work that helped us buy a house in this difficult market. He was lovely and informative throughout the process. His initiative helped us find our next home. Thank you Ben and Tracey!
I was reluctant to sell my home of 20 years but unfortunately due changes in my personal situation I was left with no choice. Ben was very understanding and supportive during the whole process. He and Tracey were always available and helpful. They managed to achieve a fantastic result that was beyond my expectations or the expectations of anyone.
Ben Oostermeyer is very gentle and very knowledgeable sales agent. His knowledge of the market seems pretty good, even though we were both surprised at the low shows at the open houses (8 open houses; on average probably only 1.5 person showing). According the bank mortgage officer holiday periods generally are not good times to sell (Summer and Easter; Jan - Apr). However forcing buyers at an auction to make firm bids was a good decision. Ben was open with the feedback he got from viewers and that was much appreciated.
Ben's communication and patience were exceptional. He was able to answer any questions we came up with, and was super helpful in every aspect.
I could not recommend Ben highly enough. He provided continually and accurate information on the area and market , set realistic goals then he far surpassed. Was easy to contact, very patient and got an incredible result at auction. Would definitely use Ben if buying for selling again.
