Ben was flexible and worked with us to develop a plan to steer us through the difficult Covid 19 shutdown restrictions. Ben outlined what we had to do the prepare the property and worked hard to get us a good price. His estimates of what the property might sell for, were realistic and not inflated. I was very happy with the result he delivered.

We cannot rate Ben highly enough, he did an amazing job of selling our home. Right from the start Ben impressed us with his professionalism and outstanding knowledge of the real estate market. This was more evident as the pandemic progressed and he was still able to get great results, within the limited framework set by the government. Ben is not as flamboyant or as pushy as some of the other agents that we interviewed but don't let that fool you. His quiet work behind the scenes got us an offer well beyond what we expected, in a very short period of time. If you are thinking of selling your home, we highly recommend Ben, we couldn't be happier with the result that he achieved for us.

We expected a really top service from Ben, however, the service we received was pretty poor. Many of his statements and answers just didn't add up or contradict each other. He wasn't forthcoming about the offers he received. He withheld/manipulated information that could have influenced our decison making. We suspected that he know the buyer, and was disapointed when he said after we signed the contract " I know them really well, they are really nice couple" The other thing he did that was very dodgy, was that: When we decided to accept the offer and sign the contract on a Wed, I told him specifically on that day at 8am to cancel the House opening and he said sure no worries. The time of the House opening was in the evening and he showed up and we were assuming that the House opening is cancelled. The contract was signed and then people started showing up. Then he told my son to go outside and tell poeple, our family is having an emergency so we cancelled the opening. In another words, he was advising my son in front of me to go outside and lie to people. He is a very smooth operator with his poker face, but be careful when dealing with him. HE IS A LIAR.

My experiences with Ben with the sale of my property was excellent. He kept us informed at all times with what was going on with perspective buyers . I would highly recommend him.

With the once a lifetime COVID19 outbreak strike in our sales campaign, Ben has demonstrated great diligence and sensitivity a great real estate agent could have. Although the price was not as high as we were expecting back in Sep 19, when we were talking about listing the property, the end result we have achieved in April 20 is a very reasonable outcome. Noone can tell the future but only a few of the top ones has the skill to catch what's presenting, Ben is certainly one of those. Also, the diligence and commitment he has demonstrated is one of the key reasons we chose him. He controls what he can very well and is always acting in the vendor's best interest.
