BEN OOSTERMEYER WAS ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL & ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS; HE WAS THOROUGH & METICULOUS IN HIS ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND WORKED HARD TO ACHIEVE THE BEST RESULTS FOR US. WITH BEN'S CONSIDERABLE EXPERIENCE WE WERE ABLE TO SELL OUR BONNER HOME & PURCHASE OUR AMAROO HOME IN WHAT MAY HAVE BEEN RECORD TIME! WE HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING BEN OOSTERMEYER. MANY THANKS BEN, AND TO YOUR TEAM AT KIPPAX. BILL & LORETTA

Ben showed us through 3 houses and applied an honest, comfortable, no pressure approach each time. When helping us buy the home we loved, he was greatly supportive and his timing was perfect through the negotiation process. Great outcome for everyone! Thanks Ben!

I have dealt with Ben a lot in the last 12 months whilst finding a property to purchase, Ben was always helpful & got back to me. Other than being a little pushy in the beginning with my purchase of 13 Swallow St, everything else has gone smoothly & communication has been pleasant.

Ben was very easy to work with and was up to date with the market.

We engaged Ben to sell our property in August 2016, and he made it a very simple process. Ben gave us excellent advice on what he thought the property would sell for, and how to market it. Add a result the property sold for the price we wanted after the first open house. Ben was very good at communicating throughout the process and felt well informed at every stage.

My wife and I would highly recommend Ben Oostermeyer when buying or selling a property, we found Ben to be honest, fair and very helpful taking away a lot of the stress that can be involved when purchasing a property. I would not hesitate to contact Ben again when purchasing another property.

Said it before - best agent we came across in the ACT.

As first time sellers, we found Ben to be an excellent agent to work with. Ben listened to our concerns and walked us through the process of sale in a calm and caring manner which instantly put us at ease. Through the entire sale process, we found Ben's communication and service to us to be of a very high standard. He had a good network of services that helped guide us with what was required to prepare our house for sale and also a good network of potential buyers. He was able to provide recommendations to us that assisted us to make decisions regarding the sale and as a result the sale of our property was quick and relatively stress free. We recommend Ben as an agent to anyone who is looking for a calm, stress free sale.

I found Ben to be very helpful and accommodating person. His knowledge of the area was very helpful and found him to be punctual and on the ball

In one sentence, Ben really looked after us, looked after our interest foremost, never lost sight of our objective to obtain the best value for our property, and along the way we felt that he showcased our property and looked after our property as if it was his own. We will not hesitate to appoint him as our agent again.

June & I used Ben to sell our house and throughout the whole process and through his unassuming and confident way, he at all times acted in a thoroughly professional and ethical way, whilst also giving us a valued added service with constant communication as to how the how the process was going and valuable tips to present the house in the best light.

Ben is a great negotiator and communicator. Sold both my houses. Highly recommended.
