Before we chose an agent, we checked the available agencies/agents and ended up with a short list of four. Ben was chosen based on his approach to our business, his strong track record in the Dunlop area and to the depth of his knowledge and experience in the real estate business. He provided us with valuable advice on the sales and marketing process which we followed. In the 30 years of Jenny and I's marriage we have bought and sold seven different properties and had a view on what real estate agents were (and were not). Ben was a pleasant surprise for we saw that he saw our business as a joint process where he made it clear that he was working for us and in our best interest. The property was actually sold in less than a week however Ben continued with his auction based program until the contracts were exchanged. In fact Ben then had other qualified buyers in the wings in case the first sale didn't proceed.....which it did. So the bottom line is; You will not find a better agent to deal with than Ben. We are not just saying this....its a fact. Yes, there are cheaper agents with flashy, gold plated (but largely unproven) sales pitches...but when a vendor wants a straight forward and honest approach to the very important and often stressful business of selling your home, you couldn't do better than to engage Ben.
