Ben told us our first unconditional offer would not be accepted, without putting it to the vendor. We increased our offer by 50k which brought it up to the asking price. We viewed the house a second time and as Ben wasn’t available another person from the Agency stood in. We asked a number of questions of her which she said she would refer to Ben.
