Advertised on line Tuesday afternoon, first inspection Thursday and contract signed same day! Ben gave us good advice on preparing home for sale, gave a competitive quote and sound marketing strategy. We had planned an open home for the following week but the first couple to inspect made a compelling offer beyond our expectations. He spent nearly all afternoon with the buyers and presented us with a signed offer that evening! A building inspection was arranged for the next day and Ben was able to assist us in getting someone to attend to a couple of issues and the sale became unconditional. It happened so quickly we nearly missed it!
