The other 4 companies talk a lot but don't show any action.
Ben was very helpful and obliging and made this purchase very easy. I live interstate so had time restraints to view the property and, prior to settlement, do the final inspection. Ben fitted in with my requests although he was officially on leave when I first saw the property during the Christmas New Year break. After settlement he immediately responded to assist me with a few rubbish and key issues. I would certainly use Ben again for any purchases or sales in the Hobart area.
