I went to look at a house for sale in Sandhurst. I was keen to move to the area but less than excited about the hassle of selling my house in Parkdale. Michelle came over for a chat, showed me a few places that were upcoming in Sandhurst and mentioned that one of her soon to be sellers was looking to move to the Parkdale area. She arranged for them to view my house and they subsequently bought it. I was stoked as I did not have to go through the hassle of sales campaigns etc. I have now bought in Sandhurst. I was extremely impressed that Michelle engineered this deal - if she had not done so, I would still be faffing about organising renovations and auction campaigns for my place. I was also impressed that Michelle had a number of innovative ideas around things like sales campaign insurance - no other agent had ever mentioned these kind of products to me before.
