I didn’t deal with Michelle personally but I had great representation from her staff , couldn’t ask for a better experience when buying a property which can be quite daunting, any questions I had were answered ,so the girls I dealt with …. thank you for making the process easier.

Michelle’s knowledge of the market and her client group is amazing. She communicated with us every step of the way along with her team. She was efficient and I would refer her proudly to anyone. In my opinion she is the BEST. We had a complicated sale and Michelle did all that she could engaging her networks to get a positive result which she did in under a week.

We listed our property off market and it sold in about 5 weeks. We had numerous showings and most of these were a result of O'Brien's been able to draw upon their list of people looking for a property in our area. At all times Michelle keep us fully informed and up to date with what was happening and was prompt and on time to be present for the showings. I also had dealings with other people from the agency , Lenny , Tamara , Crissie and recently Maddie. All of these people were very pleasant and professional to deal with. Michelle and her team communicated very regularly, and we had timely feedback after every viewing and open home. Sold within the expected price range and timeframe, so could not ask for much more than that. No wonder Michelle is an award winning agent!
Michelle sold our last property at first open day. She sold us our current home and has now found us a buyer for this now after 9 years. No one is more conscientious and caring than Michelle. Michelle is absolutely brilliant, not only in her knowledge of the surrounding area but also the price market. Her confidence in selling our property was extremely strong, which I wasn't too sure of, but true to her word she brought in the figure that we were looking for and all within 2 weeks of our house going on the market. She is amazing! All I can say is if you are looking for an Agent to sell your house, Michelle is the only one I would use.
