Nick Clarke is a very professional salesman with great belief in his and his teams abilities. He treats his customers with great respect and listens to how they feel about the sale. His research for the area is spot on and his recommendation of the method of sale is also spot on. He is also very realistic with his price guide. After sitting on the market, (with another agent), for 7 months with very little effort from that particular agent. We then pulled the property back off for a couple of months and after a recommendation, (from our solicitor daughter), we engaged Nick and his team. 4 weeks later where're sold.
