Nick has been faithfully contacting us once a year to check if we are ready to sell our investment property and to give us a relevant market update. For five years he has been answering our questions and been our eyes and ears on the ground as we are based in WA and do not know the area at all. When we did finally make the decision to sell, he was accurate with his information and quick to get the ball rolling. His advice throughout the process was invaluable. His marketing plan presented was realistic and got a bullseye within two weeks of going to market i.e. a sale and a sale at the required price. What we appreciated about Nick was the fact that we felt he understood our financial situation and even with a real offer (but too low), he negotiated for what he knew we needed in (our absence) and only presented the final offer, which was acceptable. The actual close of the deal was not without difficulties, but even in that we experienced his expertise and his commitment to us, the seller to keep on going forward. This included spending time with the building inspector and asking the correct and necessary questions to separate buyer eagerness from necessities from a legal point of view. We can highly recommend Nicks service to sell anything from a real gem to an average investment property.
